    Great pics TB.

There’s something about a Tenere in the desert.

    I love my Tiger, but…….

    More non OBT news,,,

A few guys including Philth are in trouble on OOdnadatta track it seems.
Philth is suspected to be maybe even walking !!!

One of the Joes has messaged for assistance (non life threatening) but wants someone to get out there as soon as possible

ADV guys are rallying to assist now,,,
Hope all works out ok :S

This thread is moving faster than TB on his way to a bar for a Bundy after a long day on the bike!!!

After a busy weekend and I’ve fallen behind in the events. Between Lefty and Eags it’s all covered though!!. Top work guys on keeping the home fires burning. :silly:

It certainly seems the action has been thick and fast…….much like the wild life eh guys  . Emu’s for team one and pigs for team 2.

The Emu I get, but a pig…that’s a new one  ……I guess that’s why they call this the lucky country. If you’re not being chased by an oversized chook (and without a doubt the dumbest bird on earth), a scourge of our native country tries to take you out. :pinch:

Top work teams for reaching your respective destinations in one piece. And awesome pics!!

I hope all the ADV guys get the help they need and are OK.

I feel a bit concerned about whatever is going on on the Odnadatta
Philth, Will S and Blindpilot are separated by a long way,, Philth has apparently moved stuff all in 6 hrs and there is a spot message out from one of the Joes asking for asistance

There are guys from ADV onto it obviously, They are all a long way from Birdsville though ,,,

    Fingers crossed for them all.
They are experienced operators and at least the other spots have not been used as an SOS.

Great on the fly reports and pics TB.

I had just gotten off the phone to TB and all seems good. They got to Birdsville early today as most already knew. Will be heading to Big Red tomorrow, then need to meet Ace and Strucky at Cameron Corner on Tuesday.

Great Adventures Gents keep em coming ;)

    What a day! :woohoo:

Today Strucky and i covered nearly 650klm to get from Lightning Ridge to Thargomindah. Some tricky terrain was encountered being long stretches of sand and some other sections that were like riding on marbles.

All in all, the roads here are in awesome condition but we know how lucky we are to not have had any rain – then it would be a different story.

Only 1 minor incident with an emu that tried to hitch a ride in one of my Wolfman pannier bags at Brewarrina. No biggy though and it was the funniest part of the day. Strucky reckons I had to fend it off a couple of times with the boot. You are right FF, they are undoubtedly the most stupid animal out here. Which also means dangerous.

Bikes going well, riders having a ball and looking forward to tomorrows adventure.

Have fun at work people

Great stuff there ACE and Strucky!! Great to here that all is OK and that you are having kind weather. I hope that it stays that way for the remainder of the ride for you.

Keep the up dates coming gents ;)

Just looking at Strucky and Ace’s last hour on the tracker, it seems that they are trying to make a wacky pattern with their spot tracker plotting.

    #241210

Perhaps putting the mis into adventure :D

They are looking a little lost.
