Trail Ride Oct 25th, Watagans

Lets do it again, trail ride at the Watagans on the sat 25th of Oct.

Will leave from the camping area near the pines at the same time 7.30am. Directions later

Lots of single line near the pines and do the the basin loop but maybe the other direction this time and go down the shitty hill eh DR D, go back and have lunch at the cars where we can fuel.

Whos in? No breakdown of the corner man system this time, and no one will be lost promise.

70 something XL100 with a xl 125 donk (daughters)
83 CR80 no motor might graft 125 donk into it,cause I can oh and I also have an 83 IT250

I’m keen for the ride guys, so you can put me down. I don’t have a trailer at the mo’, or even a tow bar come to think of it, so the pines will be a mission for me to get to.

I’ll probably end up riding about 30K’s offroad through the Wattie’s to meet up with you. I will have done 50K’s by the time I get to the pines. Christ it will be an early one! Maybe I could also buy some fuel from someone at the pines to save trying to carry all kinds of pertol containers??

I’ll need an oil change half way through the ride Should have bought an XR

Where would you enter the Watagans Moto? The Pines is not set in concrete as most of us are coming from Sydney we can come closer for everyone

Or I can bring a 20 of fuel for you

There are a couple of places that are a lot closer than the pines and have great single trail. Leaving from my start point and heading towards the pines there is enough single trail and knarly hills to make you want to finish the ride at the pines

All are just off the main fire road so if people get tired they can smash up the ST all the way to pines instead….
