Hey All,
Just a quick question, which trailbike mags do you read, I subscribe to ADB, Trailrider & Trailzone.
Cheers
Chris.November 4, 2008 at 10:59 am #111410Non, I find I can get any information I need sooner and its usually more honest and less bias on the net.
November 4, 2008 at 11:15 am #111417Really Helpful reply Scotty.!!
You are correct however.
Cheers
ChrisUp for a ride this sunday!!
November 4, 2008 at 12:01 pm #111420TrailBike Adventure. Honestly I liked DirtAction better becouse there was more to read and it costs less. I just wanted to get something less tech-related. (The internet is full of tech reviews)

Would love to ride Sunday however im working Saturday/Sunday nights, prolly should sleep in between.
November 4, 2008 at 6:15 pm #111423I don’t read magazines as a rule ,as stated earlier by Scotty, the net is my main source of info. Although I buy Dirt Action for my son as it encourages him to read. Also that free one you get from the bike shops called Cycle Torque is a good read for free.
November 4, 2008 at 10:15 pm #111426ADB #1 every month, mostly out of loyalty, Geoff Eldridge (RIP)campaigned long and hard against some stoopid stoopid descisions back in the day, that interupted many riders racing careers, especially the juniors in NSW fr a short period, imagine being 15 5’10” and if you wished to compete had to ride a standard sized late 70s/early 80s- 80cc bike???, not allowed to ride a 125 until 18, no motorsport in NSW for juniors etc etc, they fought tooth and nail against these draconian measures for us, so the loyalty runs deep.
Him & Murray Watt used to go to as many race meetings they could & sponsered or gave out encouragement awards and the like, they could also both ride like demons when they put their race faces on (for old blokes anyway), and they never ever took themselves too seriously, unless it was a serious matter.
Has lost some of its’ zing over the years but is still the best IMHO, Dirt Action is also good for the support they offer the racing fraternity, also has some fast lads penning for it.
Also think I have every issue of AMCN from 1987-1997 at home as well, what can i say I love all two wheeled disciplines….. .Mr Bluooce

Mr blue and Scotty are so right regarding Geoff and TK off road riding / racing owes to those guys what motorcross owes Stephen Gall, all legends that took the sport forward
