I run a 68s pilot, 68 pilot jet is similar to the 68s. They both share the same main orifice size for the discharge nozzle, but the 68s has smaller emulsion holes on the sides of its tube. The smaller holes on the 68s pilot jet reduces the amount of air that mixes with the fuel before the emulsified mixture is discharged through the jet’s nozzle.
I run 205 main although its a tad rich and has been the blackening the number plate up in motard spec lately
I may go back to a 190 again later but need to visit Fathead and get the mixture right on the dynoTB
February 4, 2010 at 10:53 am #167958No worries mate,
Yeh thats what pilot jet i run too, 68S
the S is the in between size indictation. How come your running a main jet that big?
Did the bike come with that main jet?
I ran a 172 main jet with the old motor which was stock,
have not changed it with the better motor at this stage.March 11, 2010 at 11:28 am #170293Two new PWR radiators have been ordered more flow maintain temperature better, thanks to Sutto’s for looking after me and thanks also to Crash

Looks like the dude doing the painting had to rush off for tea break and forgot to finish the left hand radiator. He must have had a mare of morning also as the painted graphics are a different size

They look well made though….for odd radiators
March 19, 2010 at 4:20 am #173720They are two different sizes actually Moto, the right hand one is thicker as the left has issues because of the left side header bend.

AnonymousAh yeah, you can see it in the second pic. They could have still used the same size template for the paint though!
