Made up me jig today after cutting and then welding (spreading cocky shit). So far its only made for one bike but i cut the steel so at a later date three will fit. I had to also add some strength to the side of the trailer where i put the eye bolt through. Also made up a frame for the spare wheel and jerry can.

    Guilty your honour.

Its old boat carpet that i used to have in the back of my ute. I use it now to protect the trailer a bit from the metal rubbing.

    This is my latest attempt.

Just need a decent welder to finnish it who will do a better job than me at welding the joints.

While me welded cocky shit scultures look good, they just wont cut it when it comes to holding a couple of bikes in possy.

    A better look at it.

I’ll try and explain before people ask.
-The eye bolts are not fitted yet, they are only there for show at the moment.
-Can fit two bike easily and by using the angle iron to put the front wheels in and this will hold the jig down.
-For one bike the centre wheel space is off centre so i can fit a spare trailer tyre, jerry can and ramp in snuggly.
-the stains on the carpet are from my old XR.

Make sure you pull the carpet out regularly or it will keep moisture underneath it and cause rusting.
