    Thinking of doing these guys 2hr into course at pacific park. Anyone tried it?

    Hi Oldgirl.

    I have done both courses that Trent and Cass offer and I can’t rave on about them enough. The courses are bloody awesome. Do it Do it Do it if you can!

    A word of warning though………..they are physically difficult. Not so much while you are doing it but the next few days and you will see what I mean, but don’t let that stop you, it is one of the best things I have done to improve their riding.

    Trent and Cass are really great. Their instruction comes from the heart and they are so patient. All the bikes they use are top notch and the Pacific Park location is great.

    You will love this experience. It may seem a little expensive but for what you get it’s NOT.

    After that wrap it sounds like something I’ll have to do then :laugh:

    hmmm if its that physically demanding I might give my knee a few more weeks of healing then. Still having twice weekly physio from my last riding experience :P .
