James and Lefty, the pre run will be a last minute thing mid week when I can get a day, if that suits I will let you know. It will be about 80% of the course in the day so it wont be a scenic tour :laugh:

The Friday night wont be at a pub as first posted, I havent been able to get one organised with suitable security for the bikes. We are staying at Mittagong Caravan Park, it has camping sites, cabins, BBQs etc
the van park is close enough for a pub run to get supplies

In have booked a cabin for a few off us and so I can load peoples GPSs

Who owned the property we left the cars on for the Caves to Caves ride, can they help out with a power lead for the GPS loading and we camp on the grass for a fee ,,,,

Alright friday night has been sorted, I am staying at the Mittagong Hotel web site and details here good looking rooms and cheaper than other pubs in Mittagong it seems. I will be loading GPSs from 6pm until 9pm

I have booked a room for Pete, Strucky and myself at this stage (room 11). I will be down the bar from 6pm loading GPSs

Their rooms are as such

If you wish to camp (but you will need to come down to the pub to get your GPS loaded before 9.00pm) you can camp @ Mittagong Caravan Park

It is a 1.7km walk or ride how ever you choose

If those aren’t any good to you can google and sort yourself out :laugh:

I`ve already touched base with the riding partner in crime “ACE” and room 16 is booked & paid for .
The lady I spoke to did say it is a busy weekend that one, so it might pay to not hesitate if you want the pub beds guys :whistle:

:huh: :huh: Maybe she sold you a sales pitch Eags because when I spoke with the manager in detail and told her the expected numbers and who we are etc this afternoon I was told every room was free that weekend and there was nothing on, Buggers me :blink:

Either way sooner you book less chance you got of having to walk back to the van park

I just rang and said I wanted to book a room, told her room 16 and the date, she then told me it looks like a busy weekend after I paid

Thought I would play it safe and it`s gotta be better than a 1.7klm walk I reckon :laugh:

Sounds like another great weekend brewing , the last one will take some beating but I know you already have that in mind

I grabbed room 12 TB this arvo after seeing your post.Like I told you before I have a mate who is interested in going depending on whether or not he is back from overseas.

Just got to get him to join up.

If he doesnt make it guys,and I dont have a ride buddy,room is fully paid for already be my guest my treat.

Dont want to ruin anyones ride weekend dragging me along 😆 On that note if anyones going for a day ride I would like to tag along,just too see if nothing else how far behind, my riding ability is. :unsure:
