Thinking a little outside the square here, but the promise of free beer has me wondering on the identity of the mystery rider.

Looks like your right EAGLE.
Thought it may have been a bit of a kryptic question
The ride weekend cant roll around quick enough as far as I am concerned, just got to get a set of 606s on my bike and I am ready to go.Team Moto at Blacktown has them advertised for bit over 200 fitted I think.
If someone could tell me exactly what to ask for in relation to HD tube/rimlocks etc that would be great, as I don’t have any idea:blush:
January 29, 2013 at 9:23 am #236104Never mind TB,can always buy beer

Mate just get the 606’s fitted dont worry about rims locks this time, get an ultra heavy duty tube fitted to the front (ONLY MICHELIN OR BRIDGESTONE ultra heavy duty) dont let them crap on that others are as good because they arent fact!
The rear get a heavy duty fitted, Steve (adv moto) has the tubes in stock for the front (bridgestones) and rear. Front is more critical its where you get more pinch flats. Rear has a taller profile, fatter as well.
Get the wheels balanced and get your old tubes back of them because they are the ones you carry on the ride if you get a flat to get you home.TB
January 29, 2013 at 9:36 am #236110Anyone going on this ride that has recently purchased a GPS and wants to purchase a micro SD card pre loaded with a latest mapping software for their GPS bringing it up to date. It’s a topo latest version please PM for details. I will put it in and get it working. Heaps better for your GPS experience and a faction of the cost (to cheap)
Will fit 60’s, 62’, Zumo’s etcTB

A week !!! Damn, you should only need a day at best :laugh:Thanx to you as well TB for the link fix
Now, Let`s get this ride on the go
I hate the slow buildupFebruary 4, 2013 at 5:31 am #234541So we lost a few posts on here since friday
Bugger,,,Anyway I remember that Kamakazi Rocket was paired up with Me & Ace for the weekend, poor him
Welcome aboard KR, should be a hoot of a weekend, just bring your sense of adventure, your best navigation eyes and a cast iron gut:laugh:
Also saw that Steve (Wolfy) chimed in and has a couple of special guests coming along, Mr Payne from Yamaha Aus and Jason Barrett from Barrett Exhausts
Awsome
I also posted the link for the maybe proposed route I might take on the friday arvo to Mittagong,
http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=2001539
Any other Hunter based riders have any other ideas or keen to hook up for the group ride down maybe.
Will probably change my departure time to 3pm (Newy area) to accommodate PTW if he is keen to ride rather than drive to Wisemans ,,, No real adventure in that and cuts the ride time way too shortThis will be a crackerjack run as TB sure knows how to peice together a terrific ADV route and thanks to him, we get to share it and follow along at our own pace
Bring it on, I can`t wait !!!!
