I was following Lotsa’s spot and it stopped yesterday near Sofala.

I just texted him, he hit a sheep and is in Orange hospital with broken ribs, kidney and spleen damage.

Anyone else got any other info ??

yeah mark, he king hit a sheep went down on his left side was smiling when I got there but that could have been the 2 cute ambulance girls or the green whistle not sure!
They put him in an ambulance drove him into a paddock where he was helicoptered to Orange base hospital intensive care, he will be in there for 2 weeks Gavb was saying, gav went and saw him last night.
    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Wow! What an awesome setup you blokes have… free helicopter rides as well as a GPS track! That’ll get the masses in for sure. :silly:

Hope he has ambulance cover, otherwise that could hurt the hip pocket more than the body! Hope you heal up quickly Lotsa!

Ouch! That’s gonna leave a mark! Green whistles don’t make you smile, just give you something else to concentrate on! The smile would have been due to the Ambos!

Fast healing fella, spleens are useless!

As per the last post Mark. He is in ICU, he has 5 broken ribs, collapsed lung and spleen damage. I will let Mickp or Gavb update it so it is all correct and not fifth hand when they get home

I am sure we all wish him a speedi recovery

A decision was made yesterday to keep info on Wayne`s incident quiet until further details became known.
I have spoken to MickP on this again this arvo and think it should be left at that for now please guys ,,

His wife was staying at the Hospital with him throughout the coming days and more will be updated as it develops.

    Cheers

hey TB for my first gps ride it was awesome, shame the oil leak on arrons bike slowed us down on day 1 as we were loving it and really wanted to do the last track but hit wellington just on 4 so took the highway.
I really would like to thank you, Amy and the others for organising it as it cannot have been easy but am sure it was fun 😆
I will be on the next one for sure.

lotsa’s sounded pretty good for his injuries 10 min ago , i sent him a message earlier today sayn if he needed anything to give me a call while he in hospital , his family has arrived, he said he is going to try and do a ride report soon, but the internet is very slow there, as for the injuries ill let lots reply on that when he does a report

get well mate and make those nurses earn there money

    No dramas YZ ;)
We just didn`t want to have all & sundry in a spin yesterday as it was under control at the time.

    As mentioned by TB,
Far better to have MickP or Gav keeping us informed as they are long term friends as well ;)

    Thanx guys
