So Eagle had given me a tyre to deliver at the Birthday ride. So saturday arvo rolls around jobs are done, science project completed, trip to Penrith to race slot cars completed ( I won by the way, Salina said I should let the kids win sometimes reckon she would know me better  ) Carport cleaned and swept, bikes sorted and restacked Salina’a car now fits who would have known

So for my delivery I grabbed my newest bike

Yes I own the piglet now. I fixed the little problem STM had with it at the Birthday ride  Fitted a spare back wheel I had here (old one I relaced minus 14 spokes while drunk at the 2012 Scrapheap ride to keep Pete in the game, or kill him it was suggested  ) Fitted my panniers and factory race kit replica milk crate and happy days. There has been some extensive testing this week to check if it could do the switch backs on Old Bathurst rd which I am happy to report it loves :woohoo: A top end rebuild kit has been ordered by Nick at Tekniks, some head work is in the air and I have spoken with Jason Barrett regarding a Barrett system and pipe (low boy system)

    So I loaded the cargo

Yamaha hat ready to go on and away I went. Lefty you will be happy to know I actually passed a car today down the hill ;)
I finished my delivery, it was a way away a far way away  Raced a dude in a hilux who was fully sic bro, said he could beat me to the next lights. So when the other lights went red I took off, cut him off and hogged his lane, he couldnt get past so I won. Thats called race craft people ;)
I stopped at the Peachtree Inn to wash the dust down and then at O’Donoghue’s Irish Pub. After that I took on the hill only to get caught up when I so needed to keep my road speed up  old people sux first gear  anyway I ducked into some singles

The mountain bikers told me you cant ride a postie there, I asked why? They just looked at me funny and said normally people ride enduro bikes there

    Found a refuel establishment

    null_zps87051ebd.jpg

Now the panniers came into there own

Stopped to fuel the postie up, $2.06 tried to take a photo but the Indian dude cut sic about the phone and the bowser blowing up so I roosted off home, oh shit sorry rode off

Any bike time for me is fun

Well when you are sooting along at high speed (cant believe I typed that in a postie thread  ) It prevents all the problems that high guards suffer. It is something only me and my dakar racing brothers understand ;) Will throw more than one stubbie at you
