Yeah the bike has a few extra bits. I reckon bar risers are a definite, rad guards a definite maybe, and Pivot Pegz a maybe maybe.

Do I really need a steering dampener?

Great bikes from that era. A good friend still has one, all blue plastics, very unique for a kato. I guess the only real issue I found with the bike (same as my ’00 250) were the harsh forks that would beat me up. Everything else was pretty good. Lots of bottom end. Lots.

Cool idea. Might be an option for me as all my gear is blue !!! In fact I still have a litre or two of blue coolant, and blue filter oil (can you buy Orange oil/coolant???)
