As a kid I used to read all the dirt bike rags hoping to find the magic ingredient to becoming a great rider. One particular mag had a column from my childhood idol, Mr MX, Steven Gall. I used to read his column every month reading about riding tips and tricks that made him such a legend. One thing he used to talk about regularly was health and nutrition. Healthy body, healthy mind, you know all that stuff.

Today my world was turned upside down. I was on my way home from up the coast when it was time for a lunch stop. Pulled into the next McDonalds to keep the kids happy and while I was there chewing down my grease ball burger with extra cheese I noticed a guy walk in wearing a Yamaha Racing Team Shirt. Then it hit me, it was him, there in front of me, Mr MX himself, Steven Gall. At first I was a little overwhelmed then it hit me. What the F#CK, he is here at chew and spew filling up on greasy, fatty shit like a mere mortal. Was all that stuff he said in the mag about eating healthy to ride fast a lie. Was it all a smokescreen to throw of his competitors. Is the golden arches the real key to speed in the dirt.

Either way I think I’m going to have to do more research on this new development. From know on I will be filling my already expanding gut with Ronald McDonalds finest more often to see if it really is the magic ingredient that made Mr MX so fast.

    Stay tuned for the results.

And next they will tell you that alchohol is the devil. It is all a hoax to keep the kids focussed.

As a Bull however we can see through the BS and know that if it feels good it is good!

maybe the secret is to not watch bad movies.
once up at tuncurry. steve gall sat behind me and some freinds to watch some vampier movie.
the movie was really really bad.
steve gall walked out and we stayed.

interesting note: the oz mx champs are in town this weekend. i bet that if we had an all you can eat pizza hut in town, that’s where you would find many of the riders. before and after the race.
well that used to be the case
maybe macdeath is the fuel now
