January 1, 2010 at 10:54 am #166729Well I was out today on the Gasser, first ride since the Op and was a bit tenetive  I was clearing trails around Scribbly Gum creek Maria SF when I hit a log that was lying length ways in the grass :silly: Over the bars I went somehow hyper extending my right thumb
I rode back home about 10 KM’s and never getting out of second gear,I couldnt rotate the throttle housing and with my gumby right hand as well it was just a bit of a mission to get back  I have put my hand in an ice pack and taken some really good drugs :woohoo: and Im feeling better. So hopefully I will be able to ride on Sunday,I will still show up to say Hi anyway. Rick and Andrew husky 360 and BMW450 will more than likely show up as well for a ride.

January 1, 2010 at 9:31 pm #166741The contact number for more info on this ride is 0428 851 918. Leave time from Mud n tar is 8am If you are running late or pulling out please let me know.
Due to the continuing wet weather,I am considering cutting out some of the bigger hills in order to save the trails from damage. This may see a few fire trail sections up to 4km long to by pass a couple of the gnarlier hills. I will make a decision on the run tomorrow once I see how wet the trails are.
Should still be awesome fun!!

That big clay hill that runs from near the bridge on Bago Rd (I dont know a better way to locate it Mick  hopefully you know where I mean, the one where Trippers caliper fell off  ) that would be a hell of a challenge given the weather
Your right about tearing it up though, especially given the size of your groupTB
