After reading the confirmed dates Mick posted for Wauchope in March, I thought I would kick the thread of with saying I am there, dates already booked for work and will be there Thursday night after finishing work in Newcastle Thursday arvo, Moto you want a lift, have a spot on the trailer? Chicken you want the other spot?
Will need accommodation (swag space for Thursday night in your shed mick)

December 28, 2008 at 7:43 pm #115645Chris further to your questions on the locked thread regarding the Wauchope ride. Wauchope is 21km from Port Macquarie. There is a ton of accomodation in Port and at that time of the year it wont cost you a bomb. There is also family accomodation at Breckenridge farm stay at Wauchope. That is were the rest of the crew will be staying. Have a look at the link..
http://www.breckenridgefarm.com.au/. It is about a 20 minute drive to Port.December 29, 2008 at 9:13 am #116049
AnonymousLooks like my thumb will be all good to enable me to get out for this ride
January 27, 2009 at 10:27 pm #116089how’s this for a plan?
Friday morning, about 10 am,leave my place, ride through Bago onto Cowarra SF,then out to Jolly nose Lookout and the Queens Lake nature reserve then onto Bonny Hills Tavern for lunch. Return to Wauchope,Via Cowarra SF(different trails) returning to Wauchope around 2pm, for Check in at Breckenridge farm stay.About 80km all up Ride grade 2-3.Then to Wauchope RSL for Dinner and beers.Saturday.Breakfast at the Farmstay. 120km+ loop lead by RiderX through Bago SF,Milligans road,Hardies Plains for lunch and refuel, up to Comboyne rock then to Swans crossing, returning to The Farmstay via Huntingdon for beers and BBQ.Ride grade 3-4. Cost Around $20 for fuel and lunch. More details regarding the night’s festivities as date comes closer.
Sunday Breakfast at The Farmstay again. Then a casual Dual sport ride out to Beechwood, up Pipeclay road to Kindee, top up fuel at Long Flat, through Tom’s Creek to Comboyne, A couple of laps of our private loop at my inlaws. Then onto Elands and Ellenborough Falls and return to Wauchope via fire trails and a couple of single trails. Back by 2pm to pack up and head for your homes. (Around 120 easy kms that will finish off what’s left of your tyre nicely.)
Who’s Keen??

That statement was a general one,not specifically for you MOTO.
I knew you were coming for the 3 days, that’s why the Ellenborough Falls ride has been included.January 28, 2009 at 2:02 am #119831It would be good if every one got their names in early so I can organise and book the accomodation and catering for the Saturday ride.
Accomodation will be dorm style and costs $90 for two nights including Breakfasts. -
