A romantic trip to Port Macquarie is just the ticket mate. Breakfast in bed overlooking the Hasting River. Yatchs gliding slowly by……..
> Doing something for our 2 year anniversary (that was last Sunday)as she spent it sat in Dan’s back garden whilst I was playing bikes in the garage with you, Dan and the Beaglemeister.
Take out to diner I’m sure you can work something out
Remember It’s a late start for the Senior on Sunday..
> What will we do with the dogs, how will they get fed, walked etc.
Bring them with you. Leave them at Micks place.. that way they can also get some exercise chasing him around :woohoo:
November 17, 2009 at 8:57 am #161419It’s a sanctioned race at the end of the season accessible to many, so don’t forget to check your egos at the sign-on, it will improve your power/weight no end.
Not that that will help if I remember some of the names that live down that way…………..
bench racing is SO much fun, but remember when the flag drops………..

Quote:No I’m not racing & have never said that I would be.Why not? You live just down the road? I am driving 3+ hours to come and do it and it looks like I will be driving up and back Sunday now.
And as for you Dave  1.25 million Km’s!! Wow, I didn’t know you had ridden so much, sorry. I’m very impressed though as this means you have averaged almost 42,000 Km’s a year for the last 30 years straight. Frankly, I’d be surprised if you included your car mileage into that figure and made 1.25 Million.
I drive my car 135 Km’s every day of the week and frequently travel several hours at the weekend to ride (like the last 2 Murph runs driving 2.5 hours each way) and I only clock 35,000Km a year in my car.
The other interesting thing is that for the majority of the time I have been a member of this site you didn’t have a working bike to ride. And on occasion rode other peoples bikes (which you broke).
Lastly, you make these claims of being a great rider as you teach MX, but every photo I see of you you are lying on your arse and the time you had the chance to front up at Louee and punish us with your obvious exceptional skill level and put a time down on the track as almost everyone else did, where were you?
Maybe your statement was a funny joke to cheer me up when you thought I might not make it to race?
November 17, 2009 at 10:34 pm #16148242,000kms a year, for 30 years, if you rode 4 days a week for 52 weeks of the year each ride would need to be 201kms in length are my maths right
So Moto are you racing now, its hard to juggle all the commitments and fit all our riding wishes in good luck
Balls in Dave’s court now
