Firstly Rod, you promised nobody would see that picture, unlike you, I will keep my promise of not showing everyone your shot in the fishnets and halter top, although you did look good in pink and black,

Secondly Rod, I have already slotted you in for afternoon help at the Pony Express as you said the wife and kids will go home and you were staying to help

cant rely on Yamaham riders I suppose, yes I spelled it that way deliberatly :P :P

Yeah hot is an understatement.

I was just speaking to Moose on the phone and I am sure he was hoping I would ring up and cancel. He called me a silly old bugger when I told him I was still keen.

I was just speaking to Puddles and we have decided we would try to help out tomorrow with the cooling down of the Old Bull Herd, he is going to bring his camp shower and we are going to set up an Iced water camp Shower, If it is real hot when you come in to pit, 30 secs of the iced water will sort you out, if you guys want it that is, Start drinking now guys

Great thinking guys,I have 20 liters of water and some towels to wet down, but your idea sounds like the go!!

I have already started hydrating now. I don’t think I have drunk this much water since I last crashed water skiing.

Be careful Lads, it was over 40 here yesterday and feeling worse here already and yous aren’t that far down the road.
be very very aware of heat exhaustion it’s for real a killer.

I’m giving riding a miss whilever the heat is like this, not that desperate for a ride and have once beeen a victim of passing out on a bike in the heat, you never chance it again.

Moto find a partner and do laps about, stuff this ironman crap in this heat, no-one would think any less for it.

    Good luck Boys
