AnonymousMaybe starting an old tractor of a bike is an issue (kick it over to TDC, tickle the left bar grip, stroke the handlebar, hold the horn on and kick it over wearing your lucky red socks), but both my KTM’s start first kick no matter where they are in the stroke. I could kick start my bike as quick as quick as I could button start it if the kick start lever was in position.
I will use the button because it’s there though.
