June 9, 2012 at 9:54 pm #101517Went up to Nundle to cut in some new pine singles and made the mistake of accepting Matts offer to take his CRF250 for a spin in the pines. I cant get the grin of my face ofr the wood to go away, what a single track weapon these things are! Looks like a second job will have to be taken or children sold but after today the DRZ’s days are numbered and a red toy is certainly in the wish list. June 9, 2012 at 10:04 pm #223759We will have to start calling it “Team Twofiddy Tamworth” The only one who knows whats going on is the new king, 250 to 450 what a champion! Do it Snowy :woohoo: June 9, 2012 at 10:12 pm #223767Go on do it Snowy Only if you reckon your hold aged heart can pump enough blood for your constant wood:) June 9, 2012 at 10:23 pm #223760Do it Snowy I love my new Crf 250  well all 130ks I have done on it Lose the cast this week so looking forward to getting some more Ks on it. :woohoo: Kevdog June 9, 2012 at 10:30 pm #223761I’ve got a better idea why don’t you look at the most reliabe dirt bike ever made and supposedly just made better? Yes a Yamaha It comes with a dial a woody
So that when you ambitions get mixed up with your capabilities(happens to me all the time)
You can tone it down a bit and ride with half a wood  :woohoo:You don’t want to wear all of your wood out every weekend do you EWE won’t be happy  June 9, 2012 at 10:36 pm #223768mm ewe s farmer bob you got a few bet they keep your woodys in control June 10, 2012 at 11:18 pm #223770Whilst checking out my new “Finke” bike on ebay I found Snowys new bike only a couple of listings away A single trail weapon with a bit more. June 11, 2012 at 1:48 am #223872Red? Change you mind more times than a shiela you do  the lighter bikes definitely make the day more enjoyable. And what happened to taking it steady now ? That gone out the window now has it ! 😆 June 11, 2012 at 2:25 am #223891I was doing nothing different to normal its just I wasnt trying to pilot a tank through the trees for a change. Plus I was having a friggin ball on that little rocketship, I cant believe you can punch a motorbike though a single that quick and easily. Realised how heavy the black bitch is when I was washing it this arvo and it fell over, near took a skycrane to pick the bastard up, yet when I dropped the Honda trying the big sliding finish at the cabin i nearly threw it back the otherway it is that light. June 11, 2012 at 9:54 am #223892They are a good thing Snowy , if your buying second had though try for one with a service history you know is sound. You don’t want to inherit the costly problems I did After that they’re nothing but fun !!!! :woohoo: Nick June 11, 2012 at 12:56 pm #223873LC4skin wrote:Whilst checking out my new “Finke” bike on ebay I found Snowys new bike only a couple of listings awayA single trail weapon with a bit more. 25 mins to go on that weapon. Part tempted myself. STM June 11, 2012 at 1:34 pm #223897Another DRZ on the way out.
In my opinion, if it must be a 4T and a KTM it wouldn’t be smaller than a 350.
If it must be a 4T 250 it would be a CRF if you have the funding.
If it must be a 4T 250 and money and maintenance is an issue – WR.June 11, 2012 at 2:50 pm #223762I think PDUB is selling his 08 CRF250X has all the work done including RG3 suspension stainless valves etc etc. Very low K’s and really well looked after. Ollie June 11, 2012 at 5:10 pm #223763good luck with your choice Snowy
