Inspired by Bollocks farmers shed thread, I thought it best I post a few of the bikes that live and have lived at our farm. Nothing ever leaves here alive.
Here are all the goers lined up for a family portrait.

YZ50J
XR100
CL175
XR600
IT175
XR250
YZ125
YZ85
KX85BW
DRZ125
CRF70
GTMX80The best bike we ever owned CT110, it is dead now.

DT400

These served us well too,but are also dead

1969 CB175,still goes and would pass rego today.

GS1000
DT175
CBX550
KX125

This always raises an eyebrow, my brother had it on a KX125 for 2 years!!

This RM250 has seen better days, first full floater model

1965 CL175 scrambler, note upswept exhaust allowing you to venture off road for the ultimate in motorcycling adventure.

XL185

The YZ50J that goes like the clappers. The kids are a bit scared of it.

The XR250 with optional 20 litre carry all.

The GTMX80

Micknmelds XL100. He bought it off a hippy. Notice the whisper quiet briggs and Stratton super stealth exhaust system allowing you to negotiate the forest undetected.

My treasured IT175J that goes like a beauty, just needs a rear engine mount bolt.

YZ125B? and a spare IT175

The mighty DAK DAK and a tangle of bicycles

Another rainy day project. A Massey Harris tractor.

Guarantee he wouldn’t sell anything that is in the sheds.Like I said he is a bower bird.
November 10, 2009 at 12:58 am #160166I really didn’t mean to end up with a shed full like that, some of them just followed me home, I swear. By the way the yz 125 is actually a “C” model, I think they were the first production bike with a single shock rear end. The old dakdak my dad bought new(his first car) then sold it to my Grandad who left it to me when he died. Like most farm kids I learned to drive in it really young sitting on Grandads lap. That old car is a true part of the family. I must get on to restoring it, but somehow firing up “Old Burple” and going for a ride always seems like more fun.
