    Nothin`,,,

Looked at it, threw the new tyres next to it in the Mancave (they can wait till sat shedtime) ;)
Grabbed a chain breaker when picking up the tyres,,, no need for the angle grinder now

Finally hooked in tonite after getting home at 6.
New rubber front & rear, new chain (gold this time) chain tool worked a treat :)
Also discovered that Black Paint Marker pen touches up scratches and chips on black anodised rime too.

The blokes at the bike shop asked if I was bringing the rims back in fir them to change the tyres over?
Called me mad if I thought changing tyres at home with a few levers was fun,,, Not much fun at all really but it`s good practice for doing it out on the trails though ;)
Takes me 15 mins each way to drive to the shop, $$$ to change them and half an hour of their time. I did both tyres and wheels back on the bike and the chain in an hour and a half for free while having a Bundy !!!

Washup time tomorow morning and maybe get the green off the new rubber ;)

Just as LC said eags it not cool to quote yourself :P
But I am still interested to hear you talking about yourself.

It`s far too quiet on here today,,,
So the 690 got a wash, cleanup and a shine

It`s too clean to actually , so clean it`s disgusting
The missus just walked past, shook her head, got in the car & took the kids for a haircut , made some comment about her car not being “That Clean” ever !!! :silly:

Wonder if there`s any money in a Bike Detailing Business ?????
I may just need a job soon :S

    Looks brand new. :woohoo:
One ride and you can start all over again.
You can do mine if ya that bored. :silly:

Looked at my bike scratched my head and thought for a bit and decided to rebuild the rear end rather than buy all new bits. The way I’ve been riding lately it is bound to happen again. :silly: :silly: :pinch:

Went to MCA, :pinch: got a Leatt neckbrace, (finally took snowy’s advice), new pressure suit to match, new front tyre for the KTM (birthday ride) and some how I noticed that the clutch lever was shorter than it used to be  so I collected a new one of those too.
New pants, gloves and socks for Joshy (11) and home in time for the V8’s :)
Busy day in the cave tomorrow

Hi gazza, A flappa disc on a 4″ grinder will tidy that up nicely if you are fussy.
    They have them at bunnings

Does making the bike bloody dirty and muddy count as doing something?

Bought so much mud home with me I am gonna use it to fill a few holes in the backyard. 😆

Damn it, to sore so will get the pressure blaster out tomorrow.

Gaz (although I do like gocman )

Just did my first oil change and replaced the thermo switch hopefully haven’t made a hash of it and my bike won’t blow the radiators and seize the engine. May be slightly nervous for the first half an hour of tomorrow’s ride. Lol.
