Just received my 40mm alloy radiators for the XR!! $79 dollars delivered (from Melbourne) :woohoo:

Look to be really well made and will hopefully help when it warms up again in the summer months commutting to the city and back. :woohoo:

Thats a bloody good price, Ollie
Cost me that much just for the thermo fan sensor to screw in one of my radiators

Didn’t do anything to my bike but we finished another ST yesterday
Still waiting to see if its rideable. 👿
    Cheers

Nice and shiny Ollie. The worst I heard about these um, non-factory/budget rads are fitment issues. Minor issues like rad shrouds requiring a little push and shove here and there, extra washers/spacers etc. Nothing you can’t handle.

6500kms, thats pretty good going Murph. I replaced 1 about 5000kms ago with an All Balls brand and its still going strong, hope it lasts a few more kms.

Picked my bike up from the mechanic today after the rebuild, did a few laps around the block, changed the oil, she is bedded in for the Birthday ride now :woohoo:

Rode mine 75kms and didn’t run out of fuel. :woohoo: not even reserve, very close though. And this was with 2 more teeth on the rear sprocket.

3 years old and I’ve finally got the jetting and gearing sorted.

    Hey Teza,

    Do you clean them

I’m up to 7000K’s on mine, they have seeped every now and then, however give them a good clean and off you go again.

If you clean them regularly they won’t leak till their worn out ;)

Which reminds me I need to do mine before the weekend

    Lefty,

6999 actually, I’m sure if I push it out of the garage it will clock over

So far so good. Apart from the clogged fuel filter in the early days :pinch: I change them regularly now that I know it’s there ;) all has gone well.

Still very happy (I was happy with the DRZ too)

The main thing is to be on a bike and riding it :cheer:

Bring on the B’day ride :woohoo: Sorry to here you won’t be there :(
