Not a lot of drive left on Tims front sprocket. :pinch:

First time we have only changed the front sprocket, usually change both and chain in one hit.
Figured the front sprocket only cost him $20 so we’ll see how it goes. Chain and rear Sprocket seem to have some life in them yet.

Maybe the extra weight of a full sprocket will slow him down a bit for you Murph :D

I doubt it Jeffro.

Also changed the lower shocky bush and rear wheel bearing on my bike.
Note:- When tapping the old Heim joint out, make sure you tape up the swingarm bearings.
No fun when the inner sleeve falls out and little needle rollers fall all over the floor.

This has never happened to me before and I can assure you it will happen again. :pinch:
It took a while but we eventually got all the needles back in and packed them with grease ;)
    Cheers

Removed the Carby on the 640 after I had a few issues on the last 2 day nav ride  They have a Mikuni BST-40 CV Carb. Gave it a full service and Happy Days ;)
I just need my suspension back from Nick now so that I can go for a blast

Replaced the rear tail/brake light after feedback from the Lithgow Nav Ride
Had a bit of a muck around trying to get the blinkers to work – beyond me
Ordered new headlight as the original only has about 6V candle power and worked out how to fit the new LED spotties. :woohoo: :woohoo:
Had a few more beers pondering the next thing to do 😆

Spent 1 1/2 hours washing in the dark after getting back from the birthday ride…….. yes it was that dirty!!
Worst part is once I see it in the light I know I am gonna have to go again cause of the bits I missed :(

Still could be worse….. especially if I didn’t dirty it in the first place

Hey mate, yeh they are both done, they don’t go back in the shed until they are clean no matter what time I get home.
The XR will be ok, the Old Bull Kato will probably need another quick go.
All good with the cleaning of the XR mate, I don’t mind, I got to have a beer while washing them, my middle bloke helped me, and it always reminds me of what a top weekend I had while I’m doing it B)

Cant wait to have a beer in August mate, look forward to it :)
