On Friday I replaced the front sprocket with a genuine 14 tooth, back sprocket was downsized to a 50 tooth stealth and a 520 DID chain all thanks to Sutto’s

Kinda did the same. Sunday replaced the 13 front sprocket & 50 down from 46 rear sprocket with supersprok and EK 520 gold chain

Now I cant remember if it had a 13 or 14 on the front when I got the bike. I did run a 14 at one time with the 46 to make it easy on the long trips, but don’t do that any more.

I’ll see how it goes this Sunday, but I think the front wheel will be getting some air time :woohoo:

Finally finished a major service, pulled everything out, except engine, cleaned and greased, new sticker kit, new low seat, new BRP bar mount, bled the clutch, glad I did all this as I found a bent handle bar mount, main wiring loom under tank had rubbed through how this did not short out amazes me, but best find was the hose from the fuel pump which had almost melted through as it had been rubbing on the header pipe, I reckon 1 or 2 rides more and she and probably a bit of me would have been toast.
Went for a quick spin then washed the mud off

Hope to clean her after a weekend of abuse.
I think she is also due for an oil change

Washed it, wheels off and new tyres and mousses put on, straightened a radiator guard, fixed rear brake, greased suspension linkage. Only got the air filter to do and a few bolts to check a few bolts and she’ll be ready for next weekend. :woohoo:

Now to change gearing from 13/50 to 15/45, rebuild the forks and put a new rear tyre on.

Walked past it, kicked the tyres and then decided I better clean the spare air filter in the Filterclean kit ready for the next ride ;)
Thought I`d fit the pannier racks too, then realised we still have 2 weeks till liftoff on the next adventure
