Looks good so far I can touch the ground at leastJust have a little head shake on the hwy and grip has gone on the corners in the scrub so I’ve got a couple of days tweaking the clickers, if this fails I’ll give them a call for some advice
Verry happy with their service

December 7, 2013 at 6:58 am #227578Slowly sorting it out
May be 15 psi too much in the frontDecember 7, 2013 at 7:01 am #227579Lol and just to clarify the suspension turned up 3 weeks before I got home so the delay was me earning the green stuff to be able to put more stuff on the bike
Vicious circle ayDecember 26, 2013 at 5:39 am #252307Started mine after it has been sitting idle for 4 months. Re-routed one of the “breather” hoses I had run into the air box that turned out to be one of the carny overflow hoses. Every time I dropped it on the right hand side it would start to fill the air box with fuel.
I will grab a new air filter for it tomorrow and be ready to go and play.

January 12, 2014 at 5:22 am #227582New front brake pads, new SSB battery, cleaned the airbox (very dirty!) new spark plug, new rear brake lever (bent the old one), clean, grease, chain tighten, general check over. Happy days
January 12, 2014 at 5:44 am #253121I put mine in storage for the next 3 months, but not before O found a split in the clutch cover plate. I will have to remember that when I get back.
January 12, 2014 at 6:15 am #227583Dropped oil pulled clutch cover – spent the next 2 hours removing baked gasket and ruining case paint job in the process
Replaced clutch drive plates and springs . New clutch cable Left old one in place out of sheer laziness
Fresh oil and filter, Adjusted valves .. Adjusted valves again

January 25, 2014 at 12:03 am #253124Installed the tubliss system in the rear of the 300 last night, still holding air this morning :woohoo: :woohoo:
Will do the front Monday maybe. No more pinch flats.

Pinch flats still happen when the tire hits the alloy rim lock, they are just quicker and easier to fix with the plugs
