I found myself doing a 70km’h endo up a hill on the First RideADV event, Despite all the suspension work in the front end the .47 Springs and Racetech Emulators softened the blow on the way to bottoming out with 30 liters of fuel onboard

Unfortunately the brake line looped over the speedo and proceeded to destroy itself

So instead of fixing that i decided to make some sacrifices in the name of ultimate DR650 performance

KTM must have been running low on grease when they built this bike. Sweet fa in head set bearings and swing arm.

You must spend a lot of time cleaning that machine, it still looks brand new. B)
I had to replace my swingarm bearings due to the lack of grease when they put it together.
Haven’t looked at the headstock bearings as yet.

Yeah,I bet I missed a great ride. But having a small break at present and the bike is stripped back to bare frame.
Yeah, those boneheads who put the KTMs together either don’t have grease or don’t use it.6 months old bike and it’s like a well used 80s RM80
See ya on a ride when you return from your trip,
    Enjoy B)
