AnonymousInskips Motorcyles. (02)49504099 James Street Toronto – Yamaha Platnim Dealer
Chris Watson is very competative with his prices, but for me Inskips was the choice when I bought the WR250R.
I have been buying most of my spare parts etc from them for years. I have no complaints with the service that I receive from them.
If your not picky about year models etc you will probably be able to pick up a run out model for a good price from nearly any Yamaha dealer.

pretty sure it was an XT 660 R. after searching.
here is a brand new 08 XT 660 R, at Bikebiz Parramatta
Hey XY that XT is so gay I would be better with a DR400 (sorry all DR owners expect Boony
)

. :silly: :woohoo:
they reckon in the mag that the GYTR ? exhaust gives a nice note without the loud noise.
May 17, 2010 at 12:01 pm #179421Yeah I have read that XY, I am wanting to order the bike with Crash Bars, soft bag racks, centre stand, bark busters with larger hand guards, extended screen and bar raisers.
When I get home with it I am hoping to fit a single Barrett exhaust with a fake one on the other side for a water container inside. Whipps for a bash plate and some other aluminum bits I want to design
Maybe just maybe some grip heaters
Acerbis front high guard
Decent tyres
And of the Tekniks to have it sorted from the go get

May 17, 2010 at 1:31 pm #179424When I use to ride a wr250f I use to take it to red barron at liverpool for the service. What a bloody rip off spent over a grand in no time at all just basic service crap and now I ride an xr400 I don’t give red barron anymore of my hard earned the last time I walked in there to have a look around no one was interested in selling me one of there bikes so I don’t recomend Red barron at liverpool TB give them a miss mate and go out in the country for better service go to Parramatta and check out BIKE BIZ those blokes know there stuff

May 18, 2010 at 4:55 am #179436I have been dealing with Inskips for nearly 30 years. Have found them to be fair, although I have racked up some mileage with them and now enjoy discounts on most of their stock.
On saying that we bought my wifes brand new TTR 230 a few years back from Chris Watson as he was a few hundred $ cheaper. Ha loyalty only works one way
Shop around TB
Cheers
MurphMay 18, 2010 at 5:49 am #179447I bought my WR from Evolution Yamaha, top bunch of blokes and were very helpfull.Call Danny or Chris on 94010000.
May 18, 2010 at 6:12 am #179451Well I can tell you not the bloody one up here, I’ve known the owner personally for over 20 yrs and he still puts his hand in my pocket every chance he gets (not often though these days), pinched one of me mates Fiancee’s a few years back and played up on his Missus with her, at least he married her I s’pose that’s something.
RRP means nothing but a baseline starting price to him, it goes up from there, and now he’s also the Suzuki dealer as well…
yep he’s on my Xmas card mailing list… NOT.

May 24, 2010 at 12:40 am #179453G’day TB I heard on the weekend that Dave Philips at Blue Mountains Yamaha in Katoomba has a new black Tenere that he’s lookin to get rid off a bit cheaper than usual. Don’t know the bloke that well but have been on few rides with him and some Bathurst boys a few years. I thought I’d let ya know mate…might be worth giving him a call.
