Theres a right hander after that rock step up which we call woose hill. IF you go down that you can make it back to the power lines and that rocky bit we call that zig zags and then from there you can get to whitemans lane.
I was thinking of doing a ride down there soon i just have a couple of other hillls down there i wanna check out.
Your loop sort of sounds like it will be back to front of mine i wanna do

    Timmeh!!

I think Woose hill is the one we rode down after getting up the rock ledge. You follow the trail all the way and it comes out at the bottom of the power line area next to private property. What I’m calling the powerline track sounds like Zig Zag as it turns back on itself a few times.

Once out of the Zig Zags you are at the top of the powerline area and can ride singles all the way to Whitemans.

Where are you starting out to do it backwards? Tennis courts and then up either Hitchcocks or Whitemans? Do you go up or down Zig Zags?

So many questions, so little time :P We’ll have to hook a recon ride mate, though I’m bust for the next few weekends :)

We usually start from the corner of Jilliby rd and Watagan forest rd. Start riding single along watagan forest rd then up panadol hill singles to prick hill then all the singles to Hitchcock’s. Down Hitchcock’s up Whiteman’s. At the top of Whitman’s turn left and do all the singles down to zig zags. Down zig zags then up woose hill turn left at the top and go down that rock step too maculata and back to the cars.
But I want to try and throw more in there to make it longer.
I am keen as for a ride I would just have to line it up with my mate too because I have no tow ball on my car.
I dont know if that helps any.
    Cheers Tim

Same place we start. We will do the same loop, just we would ride down Woose hill and up the Zig Zags, which way do you reckon is better?

I’d also do a little Duffy’s loop and Panadol after Maculata. Sounds like we had better get you out on a scout loop :)

I’m busy until the w/e of the 8th Sept but me and ride buddy can some up for ride from your place if you’re keen or you can come down and we’ll do a loop somehwere. I want to add in a decent loop around the Dooralong Lodge area too.

Ok then pretty similar ride then.
I reckon down zig zags and up woose hill because it’s harder that way zig zags isn’t too hard to get up really.
Going up Panadol hill is good fun and we do it early in the morning so we have energy :woohoo:.
I’m keen whenever really I might try and get down there with my mate next weekend see what happens though.
Yeah yous should come up here for a ride one day again.
I haven’t been riding down Ourimbah yet want to get down there too.
And haven’t really rode much around the Dooralong lodge area but heard there’s some awesome tracks down there
