We had no work today so we headed for the hills of Murraguldrie SF NE of Holbrook :woohoo:
We thought today would be a good indicator for our ride tomorrow given all the rain that’s been down this way.
Well conditions were perfect. Clear skies gentle breeze and absolutely no dust, a bit slippery in places, it was fantastic :woohoo:
Merv hasn’t ridden in ages so he wasn’t after anything difficult as tomorrow will be a fairly big day, so we started off sticking to the twin tracks however I couldn’t help myself and headed off down some of those tight twisty tracks that we all enjoy.
The boys out this way have been busy
Merv would weave his way round to meet me at the other end, sometimes I’d end up back in places we’d been before but it was all good, with the two ways we were always able to connect up again.
Merv capitulated and headed off on one track that went for ages, it just kept going, got some footage but the mobile link is a bit slow and I’ve got limited data.
It was only a short ride but thoroughly enjoyable, can’t wait for tomorrow :woohoo:
