Before Anybody views the video in this story, Please be aware that it has the occasionally naughty word.
Also some members may find this footage particularly Disturbing or distressing. (Bigboots don’t watch these videos, you will be hiding in the corner crying)
Anyway only joking about the worst riding day in history bit, just thought it may be attention grabbing! Any day your out for a ride is a good day i reckon, just some are better than others!
We had a group of five this morning and did pretty well for our 8.30am kick off considering some of us where running late.
I think the temperature was already in the mid 20’s by then, but once we were in the saddle all was well.Pretty quite agenda for the ride, a few single trails joined together by a few quick road jaunts. We have a hill called ‘Water pump’ (don’t ask always has been call that) that required some video footage of us all conquering it. ( just to stick it to some Nancy boys on another forum)
Couple of photos of water pump.
Must apologize now for the lack of photo’s, We took more video this time!
Brownarm’s Machine.
Dropbear in action!
Stewie in Action!
this hill is all rock, top to bottom with a nice 500mm vertical step in the middle. Keeps most blokes Honest!
Then we did some road running after a feed of jelly beans to our next destination. We covered some of the old Railway line that used to run between Caboolture and Kilcoy, it went further than that but it’s been some years since it was used.
Our destination was a little used track that backs onto the Diagular Range. Just before we got there, we had a play around in a little Quarry type area with some small leafy hills that where nice and loose.
There was allegedly a small get off on in this area but as there is no photo evidence it didn’t happen……..My arm says otherwise. Nice down hill section that I’d already covered and one, just one off camber log……..Why the hell where all you soft cocks sitting at the bottom watching anyway?
So anyway once the laughing was out of the way we headed down into this really overgrown rutted track, all i could hear was Parker your a c#%t! coming form behind me!
In the bottom we had to do some clearing to get at the hill and after about ten minutes we ended up with this…….
There used to be a track there……some time ago!
Anyway I’ll let the video do the talking about that little bastard.
We all conquered it in the end and whilst the jelly beans where doing the rounds Dropbear discovered i had almost destroyed the rear hub on the husky….. 👿 so that was the day over and we decided to call it quits as we’d run out of water. I limped the Husky home and we had a few beers to finish off just after lunch!
Top day again gents thanks for laughs!

Dropbear getting over the ledge and Brownarms coming up for a go!

This one would have to be the Nastiest crash’s I’ve seen in a while….If you seen the pile of logs we created at the bottom
A for effort! and one for walking away, had the potential to be a lot worse.
And just to prove he did make it after all that!
The final Installment!
