agree Yamaha has it right making a trail version of the WR250, I wish they would also do a WR450R.

Gas gas made a bike like this the Pampera, however i am yet to see one outside the showroom, maybe as buying public Joe Average really wants to emulate ( or thinks he can be given the right bike) David Knight.
I like fourstrokes that are designed around the inherent and natural strengths of the powerplant,
    *reliability
    *good torque
    *Longevity
    *Quiet operation
    *tractable delivery
    *ease of everyday maintenance
    *Good fuel comsumption
    *Value for dollar

anything else I think you all know my thoughts on that Turkey shoot.

i reckon RMXs will sell well in victoria.

you dont need ADR to get rec. rego.

and i reckon 80-90% of trailriders down here only run rec. rego

I’d be running rec rego if it was an option. It will be interesting to see what path Suzuki take, I’d certainly like to have an RMX as an option when considering my next ride :)

I had a look at the Pampera when I bought the DRZ, came in a about the same price. Was a very different bike to the EC450. The big turn off for me was the suspension had no compression or rebound adjusters at all on either end, just preload on the rear and thats it.
