The first thing i did when i got my WR home was swap the ADR head light for the smaller one.

i have always wondered why Yamaha give you a spare headlight ,its costing them money !!!!

 $500 for an original headlight makes the KTM price of $350 for a 690E light look good

I was looking at replacing my R model with the E cause it has better light apparently. Am still holding off as I don`t think the Polisport one is much chop for $180 anyway,,,,,,

Aido I think you will find with the WR’s they arrive in Australia with the small non ADV headlight and Yamaha Australia get them ADRed here. Thats when they fit the large headlight and put the small one in the spares kit. Bonus for WR buyers.

    Holeshot,

A lense on Thumpertalk is about $22 and the whole assembly is less than $90.

How can Suzuki justify $495 ????

No wonder people shop overseas :(

    Adam.

Looked but could not find @TT. Do you have a link please?

    http://shop.thumpertalk.com/oem.asp?partcategory=89801&manufacturer=5&category=3&year=2004&model=2037

Prices have gone up since the last time but still cheaper than Suzuki Aus, but then again where isn’t

    Adam.
