Some days I wonder how long it will be before we are all locked out of the bush for good. Some days I agree with the greenies who want us locked out.
I went for a ride today around my usual loop. Got down into Wolgan Gap (Blackfellows Cave) to find some f#*ckwit had gone to town with an axe. A couple of pics below. There were more trees marked and sappling cut down. What enjoyment could anybody get from randomly chopping at trees? F#*king pissed off I wish the c*#ts were there when I turned up there would have been some f#*king huge National Parks fine being dished out. Stupid f#*king f#*ks!!!!!!!
Only positive is it would not likely be a fellow rider as I’ve never seen bike riders carrying an axe.
We all impact on the environment when we go riding and do our best to minimise the impact as no doubt do most 4×4 drivers (although by the look of some of the trails out there at the moment you wouldn’t know it) but this kind of senseless crap will see us all buy motard wheels for our bikes because there will be no trails open to ride.
Did I mention I think these c#*ts are stupid f#*king f#*ks!!!!!!
July 15, 2012 at 11:44 pm #226149how much wood could the wood chop chop if the wood chop could chop wood .lukey there not much good with an axe hay thats nothing on the damage the rangers and there boys do but its all pointless

Teza.July 16, 2012 at 1:42 am #226153+ 1 Scotty these aholes need a size10 up the back side . This sort of thing is unforgiveable . That is a very special place , maybe as punishment they should be tied to the tree till the tree recovers or rots away whichever come first .
I’m not a tree hugger but I do love the bushbones

July 16, 2012 at 2:59 pm #226180its not only the public thats like this . My local riding spot (thats when i had a regod bike of course ) at wallaroo is a very popular spot for bikes and 4WDs now the government in its goodwill to the greenbrained public has decided to put a plan in place to preserve the place as the bikes and4wd s are wrecking the place so they have turned the whole lot into national park and again this because of the tree huggers that probably live in sydney and will never ever see the joint anyway, now heres the clincher im involved in the quarrys and aggregates industry and have found out that next year there will be a quarry started in this “national park” with a million tonne per annum licence now last time i looked at our quarry it made a s#%t load more damage to the fauna than any bike or 4wd its not like a mine that use the overburden to “rejuvinate” when there done a hard rock quarry is blasted and stepped and thats the way it will be left . I suppose the difference is that a dirtbiker wont pay royalties funny that isnt it !!!
July 16, 2012 at 4:08 pm #226182They could have laid the fallen tree across the track and made a good obstacle out of it.
July 16, 2012 at 4:27 pm #226187F#@*ing brain dead. It won’t be long with f…wits like that and we will be locked out.
I hope you come across them one day Scotty and really give them a tune up!!
July 16, 2012 at 7:49 pm #226151F%#&*#g C*@!S
I hate that kind of shit I tell ya !!!!
I have only been to the spot twice, once on the Hill End ride a few years back & the other on the way to the Sunny Corner weekend,,, and both times I was stunned that this place still existed and we were able to ride right through the middle of it :whistle:Doesn`t look like I`ll get a third visit if that kind of crap keeps up
I too was pissed off with the spray can damage & idiots carving their own names etc into the cave & rock faces, absolutely unnecessary behaviour,,,,,,,End of Rant !!!!!!!!
July 17, 2012 at 2:04 pm #226199A little while a go I was up at the pines camping area in the Wattagans.
Two guys in their monster trucks were driving over the picnic furniture and up the side of the water tank, apparently to amuse their wives and small children who were watching.
What really gave me the shits there were a bunch of dirt bikers loading their bikes watching this and they said and did ………. nothing. It was left to me to go and give these tonka toy guys a spray and then endure the attacks from their bogan wives.
How dare I use language like that in front of their children!Cheers
IanJuly 29, 2012 at 2:22 am #226233should have taken pics and vid with ya mobile. Ian
and taken it to the rangers or local law. but at best they could only fine them. maybe?? or just a stern word/ slap on the wrist would have been all they would/could hand out. ??
in a survey i did just the other day for an insurance mob re: bike owners/riders, i said in a ‘what was important to me’ section, was i detested the bad name given to the majority by a minority of morons.
July 29, 2012 at 11:11 am #226152:angry: this is all what takes to ruin it for the gen. people who care, and i could bet that they would be the first to bitch and complain once the place gets put off limits to everybody and they dont have anywere to go. how hard is it to stop and think for the future ,theres enough of the goodie to shoes who think that they think they know everything that live in city houses and work in large buildings that go on hear say that have never left the city limits that are over paid and never seen the real world ,take a step back you idiots and dont give these goodie to shoes any reasons to shut everything down [offlimits ] sorry if im out of line
July 29, 2012 at 11:36 am #226880well said wolfie bloody goodie two shoes
July 29, 2012 at 10:28 pm #226882I’d agree with you there Scotty, some of the trails out there are looking really worse for wear… I was out there 2 weeks ago and seen the result of this mindless act. I have recently borrowed a hunting stealth camera, and was thinking of installing it down that way?
