    OK Honda gurus have a mate with XR600 97 model kick start locking up when he try’s to start bike any ideas

    Is it in gear :laugh: Maybe something to do with the decompresion lever or does it have a automatic setup? How does he start it?

    my old TT did yhat to me once tiny. it was something to do with the ratchet mechanism, i think the end of the return spring had broken and was locking it up. cant remember, it was half a lifetime ago :laugh: :laugh:
