    What a classic.
100,000Ks, I think that would justify buying another one.

100,000 farm kilometers would probably equate to just as many engine hours when you think about it.As most of the time the bike would be just idling around.

I’ve seen a Peewee 80 do the same thing, probably with as many hours! Ag bikes do cop a flogging in their long lives!

As far as reliability of the 530 goes I can’t really fault it,like I said before the thing absolutely ripps and sounds awesome.

One thing I will say in defence of the cost of KTM’s is, that you get what you pay for.
Like Brembo brakes, Magura hydraulic clutch and several other goodies that come standard, that you would pay through the nose to fit to other brands. So to a degree, it is all relevant.
That 530EXC-R in my shed is just a joy to ride.:woohoo:

So what did you reckon to 530 compared to the XR?

On the grounds I may dig a deeper hole for my self I will refrain from answering that.
Na stuff it……..The 530 is a weapon and I enjoyed every second on it!!!Now I will have to spend several hours working on it getting it ready for the next ride. There I said it.
Read my report in the KTM section if you want to know my thoughts on the beast.

I won’t even go to the trouble of looking at ‘your ride report in the KTM section’
