Yeah I know where your mind went Axel, but there’s no cooling issue with the radiators themselves it NEVER EVER boils at the radiators, no matter what, and they are twisted (not as badly as they should be) not missing core bits or fins anything.
If after the next little spending spree I can, i may buy a trailtech with inbuilt temp gauge and put the sensor in close to the head outlet and keep an eye on the incoming/outgoing coolant.

Standard speedo was smashed to smithereens by the last owner of mine (it’s last ride!) and I replaced it with a TT Vapor. For the money $199 there’s alot of technology in it. I think it’s worth every cent considering what everything else costs nowdays. The temp sensor is very handy as well as the programmable warning lights. Would be a good indicator for you.

It is going out tomorrow for a few hillclimbs with the Young bloke, it’s very crisp again and running like a sewing machine, still waiting for somwe of my protective bits to turn up from the UK, so I’m not venturing back in the ranges S/T before i have them fitted….. friggin Royal mail so slow must have be approved individually by HRH first, have ta take that up with our resident Pom methinks.. :P
anyway rocket it ain’t the bike that kicks butt, but it does help, can’t tell you how many 4T riders have got off mine after 10 minutes riding shaking their heads telling me its got insane snap, and no wonder it beats me up B) but I do love it so that way.
