racytracy wants to know if there are any known swimming spots along the way. i was told today at work that there is no public pools at hillend and if we want to swim in the creek we need to bring our own water

Champo I was thinking the same thing, there may be a little in the Turon river but don’t hold me too it.

They just said 35 for sat and 36 for sun.

Chris as posted earlier in this thread today is the weather for the area either side of where we are going but here it is again

There is a good swiming hole just out of Sofala on the Hillend road I already have planned for a swim and it will be our fuel point from the 4×4.

Thats the only real spot for the 4×4 support crew, the riders have a few more spots they can swim or at least get wet.

slight adjustment to our plans.

hillbillie has lent us his trailer (it’s really anfos actually and i think he borrowed it of enzo years ago). so moto will be taking me, racytracy, eagle and himself in the wrx with the tm and klx in tow.
