    Hi TB

I haven’t been to the site for a while and found this ride last night. I was wondering if there is a reserve list I could get if some drops out? Sounds like a great ride and I’m a sucker for a night at any Pub.

I rode to Hill End for an over nighter about four years ago with some guys from Bathurst/Orange through a lot of private farms. Great stuff.

    Cheers
    Mal

Mal, we have 19 at present and wanted to cap the ride at 20 so if you want come it won’t be an issue. Please just post up to confirm and I’ll add you to the list, will be nice to see the Sherco too :)

In fact I’ll put you down subject to confirmation :)

    HI Moto

I have just been informed by the minister of social events that I have a party to attend on the 31st and since this guy has broken the same leg in five years to the day riding with me.I should go and celebrate the fact that his wife has not stopped him ridding with me.

Sorry if I stuffed you guys a rounnd, but when I found the ride I got all excited. I will keep a watch for more rides and may even organise something around here.

    Cheers
    Mal.

Hi TB sorry to say but Codemaster TTRMAN and Eric will now pull
out as we don’t know where the Zig Zag railway carpark is, but I do
know that it is a long way for us to come along on, so have a safe
one and we will try to be on the next big ride.
    Cheers

    Boys,
I will come as a co- driver/ with Moto if there`s room in the car & to help with the numbers etc???
Reckon I might be able to cope with the pom talking pumpkin all weekend

For those pussies who aren’t coming on this ride because of lack of riding or health issues, think again.

I haven’t ridden on the trails for two years, yep, two years. I am fat, unfit, have mental problems and a serious illness yet I am prepared to give it a go. If I die on the ride so be it. Just name the ride after me, if I do so:P

I personally have had a few panic attacks since agreeing to attend this ride, but I am confident that should I have any problems, there will be a host of friendly members willing to lend a hand, or administer CPR.

Even if you come along just to poke fun at my riding gear (steel capped boots and workwear pants) I am sure you will have a good time. I am working on making some body armour from thick foam and cardboard.

As I suffer from chronic pain, so am looking forward to scoffing down some therapeutic Wauchope cookies that I have heard about.

    regards,

    Slug

Also, I have three plastic 20 litre jerrys I can bring along if required. Let me know if they are needed ASAP.

I also got 4 different mufflers for an 04 model wr450, that may try to get squeezed into the support trailer for testing:lol:

If it hasn’t already been organised, can someone bring along a decent first aid kit on this trip.

On another note, something I mentioned to TB the other day after 19 beers is that we organise for members to do a Senior First Aid Certificate. This is not only handy for trailriders, but for family situations as well. They normally cost around $100 for a course and are well worth it. It can save the life of a loved one….or of some complete stranger on an OBT ride
