The longest distance between fuel stops is 70 odd klms you wont run out of water, you will be able to get new cold water or whatever your poison is at every stop.

I will post the distances up soon, with some other facts and details in the long information post that keeps updating

21. Crash is half in, meeting us sat night and riding back with us in

Moto is driving the support vehicle with Chop’s 5″ x 8″ box trailer, the support vehicle is to carry our bags (Back pack size only please)and should we have a breakdown or injury.

Please read the below and have your bike ready for you and everybody on the ride

With the distance that this ride will cover all bikes that attend the ride will need to be mechanically sound.

All riders will need to carry on them

1 x new Chain joining link

1 x Front tube, front tube can be used in the front or rear

1x Spark plug

Please check your bikes over and cover the basics as it affects everybody, we all know stuff happens and that’s trail riding but I just want avoid silly things cropping up.
Basics include:
Tyres, chain, sprockets, wheel brgs, spokes, cable ends, etc,

There will plenty of guys there with tyre levers, pumps, nuts, bolts, wire, chain breakers, cable ties, plug spanners tape and bits and pieces so don’t stress if you don’t have those things, but bring them if you do and be self sufficient.

If you can pack a spare air filter with your chain lube and pack it in your bag and let the service vehicle take it, then if its dusty you can change it rather than clean it. (supercheap auto sell pre oiled for most bikes for $14.99 or there abouts)
One final thing can all bikes have heavy duty tubes fitted, ultra heavy duty are better but heavy duty will do.

We are leaving the Zig Zag Railway car park at 8.00am saturday morning! Sorry but it has to be 8.00am because of the distance we have to cover, please don’t be late
Everybody with standard size fuel tanks need to refuel twice from Jerry Cans carried by the support vehilce.
If we can get 8, 20 litre Jerry cans and people can buddy up and share a Jerry can we only have to carry 8 Jerry cans.

Those that we know will have big tanks fitted are.

Chicken 24L
Boulder 25L
TB 17L
Crash 17L

Is there anyone else?, if so let TB know please, if you have a 20L Jerry can please bring it along and we will sort out the number we need and who can share them on the morning. Note leave Jerry can empty, you can fill them at Yetholme, that way Moto hasn’t got to cart them all day full for no reason.

With a support vehilce to load and trailer etc to get ready on the morning can you please get to the starting point as early as possible.

OLD Bull Merchandise will be available on the ride

Would be great to see everybody drinking from OBT stubbie holders at the pub.

Come on bring ya cash, buy some OLD Bull Merchandise and support this great free site, this is the only income we have to keep the site going and free.

Moto will be playing shop keeper, see him during the ride or maybe when we get to the pub ;)

MAN,,,
I`ve been checking this out on the PC this arvo with my Garmin GPS software & Full Topo maps:)
Shit, This is gonna be just the trip I wanted to do a few years back when I was into 4×4 weekends away. Cant believe I couldn`t get my mates then to get out there with me.
TB you sure know how to organise a top ride mate :) , I will have the Garmin in my pocket on the ride, it is a GARMIN MAP76. May or may not come in handy, I see you already know your way around.
Keen to see if the thing works well enough in the jacket pocket anyway.
