    Weights!!!!

    Hey TB,

nice no bias report there! How about you take those corner weight scales to Birthday weekend and get some real (accesories and full fuel) results!! Could make for some quieter mouths and a laugh as well!!! Iccould scout a level area and supply a sheet of form ply!!

I think I’m coming all the way out to SC but need to be closer before I commit.

Now, that is the best bike in the world…….. a free one! Ride it like they lent it to you!

Sometimes not a good idea though!

Well just done my first 75 ks on mine and loved it,seemmed to just go where i looked , took about ten minutes to feel comfortable on. Rode it with the aussie map and suspension settings delivered with and it had good traction in the slippery conditions after yestdys rain. could use Hydraulic clutch found i was using two fingers fairly early (lazy left hand) guess time wiil tell but pretty happy so far.Yes it did feel heavy lifting it on and off the stand.

    Hey Looselink,

did your controller come with maps loaded or did you have to put them in from the blurb written?

Mine has none in it…. I think!!

WOW!! Did 50km’s on sat arvo at Sunny Corner. The bike is impressive, sharper steering and the throttle is soooo smooth. Stock efi map is great. It pulls smoothly all the way through the range. Suspension is great, much improved over previous years and yet to set sag and clickers.

It feels no heavier than the 2011 in the group and was hard to get back from the other bikes rider, He was impressed as well!

Well, got mine on friday last week! Thank god it was pissing down all weekend as Doug and I spent the weekend taking stuff off and replacing with the supplied competition kit. There is about 5-6 kilos of ADR crap on the floor in the workshop and looks good now!

Paid $13,500 on road with bash plate and rad guards! Yeah lots of money, but what isn’t these days… price of fun!

Saturday for first ride in anger!

No problem with Lease Plan. If it’s an SR5 with the 15″ wheels then Goodyear Dunlop make a 255/70-15 tyre to suit but out of stock until 1st week of April! All other sizes are covered!

Just confirm the size and give me a couple of days notice and floods aside… all will be good! In and out in 2 hr’s with alignment!

I had the next one, blue tank, that I got when it was 2yold! Rode it every day, my only form of transport.
Had the big bore kit (205cc) and hollow exhaust.
Many a ride home, early hours of the morning, in upper mountains
pea soup fog on the way from Blackheath girlfriends (big boobs) back to Katoomba! Used to sit at the
fish shop till a coal truck came past and tuck in behind, all the way to home!!

    Those were the days!

Ride for a root, ride to work, race on sat, fast ride with the boys on sunday….. and only 1 bike!!
