Leave the bike in the shed for a couple of days……well months and look out more klx’s appear good stuff

IT WOULD HAVE TOOK THAT LONG TO FIND THE FUEL SCREW IF IT WASNT FOR OLLIE ;)

Any how 158?….. its been that long, i know it WAS neer 160 although there is a t4 powercore and a powerbomb hedder to consider

I replaced the needle and will be searching for the specs for ya mate (wont hear the end of it if i get it wrong ey ollie :P ) only take a couple of days as we have recently moved.SHIT EVERYWHERE – on the up side i now have a 20 bike garage to work with! woohoo :woohoo:

Im looking for some info on the evap system i know they are on for emmisions sake but have herd roumors of restrictors within the pipe back to the airbox, then moe talk that they can be plugged?

Wich way to go plug or open? it seems to make more sence to me to open not to build up pressure……..what would i know? it took me weeks to install a fuel screw lol ;)

    Just a add on.

I had the young fellas graphics peeling off everywhere (dodgy application)
Striped them off scrubbed the plastics back and stuck some d.s. tape from the floor coverings tool chest on the graphics, they were only cheap ones (paper thin)and what a out come! , the strengh from the tape was amazing on plastic and at 1.5 inch wide it didnt take much at all.
@ 0.3mm (aparently) thick it worked a treat the graphics almost seemed top quality

    4 mths wear and counting
