I posted heaps of porn in the New CRE and XR650 thread. See I am above the law nobody can touch me   Especially seeing TB is cruising around the east coast on his yammy. When you think about what this lever does it can not really lighten the pull without decreasing the length that the cable will pull in. Have you ever been on a snotty hill and used your clutch till it was almost at the bars and only just working? Well from an uneducated point of view I bet the pivot assist would make this worse. But most of the time it would probably be better.I like how they say “Been used by Hollis, AJ, Merriman etal.” You would think they would put one person at least that used them and think they are great. That sort of statement means nothing. I can only really comment on the Sunline multi-directional bending lever. I have seen and used them on a friends Wr290 they were trick.

I think there is some middle ground between the CRF and XR650 and its a DRZ 400 banana sandwich. If you are planning on doing ONLY trail riding with your mates, go the CRF. But if you intend on using for any other reason, like Adventure rides then the XR would slot into it nicely. The XR 650 is a pretty tough bike and the previous owner would have wanted to have neglected it for there to be too many dramas with it. If you are looking at a new bike then you would have enough folding stuff to get a pristine pre-loved 650 if you are very keen on red bikes.

No it would be terrible that white color would show all the dirt! And how would you find it if you dropped it in the snow

Whanny, google search photobucket and start an account there for FREE. Then go to the tech help section and look for stuff on posting videos and photos ( the bits Menace put in there helped me ;) ). You wont look back. All you have to do then is copy the “image code” into your post it looks heaps cooler. Other than that after you browse for the image on your computer and select it in the “select image to attach” Icon at the bottom of the window when you are posting, Click on [img]and the link will be put into this space. I have only been able to use this function for single images and I have had to reduce the size(quality) first so that it loads quickly. The first option is better. Get your sh3t together mate I want to see your bike! Also when you try it just go to ‘edit’ instead of writing a whole new post so we don’t get a whole heap of failed attempts in the thread.

Anybody watch the “Classic Moto GP ” on One last night. It was 1996 at Jerez You could see the something was going to happen the crowd invaded the track and Creville? high sided on the final corner when Doohan had been lining him up for the final ten laps! Nice to hear the 5 hunge 2T again. Really was classic Gp.
