Love your new bike Conner the next ride you go on with us will be beter as the fuel range wont be a problem. Love the dacals Mick give yourself a wrap . Thanks for the lap on the XR what a beast. I thought the WR426 was a big bike. But just like you said it felt like a BMX when i got back on it. I was a bit dissapointed to get overtaken by gappy on the DRZ on the down hill while I was on the 650. Just didnt want to drop the thing. You must have the longest legs in the world to ride it .(No crude jokes please)It reminded me of the time when I rode an XR 600 when I was 13 I had to start it on the stand and could only touch the ground on one side… just. The power was similar too no need to change gears. Maybe they could save some weight and just have one gear like a Boss Hoss. You could probably omit the front wheel too you never use it anyway. It must feel rediculous when you get on the 250f.

Should we expect to see mobile speed cameras on ford territory’s or Drz mounted police with radars on their helmets. They might use point to point cameras but the corner man system would mean we would be safe. Boony because you are always in front you would have to slow down. They could use the old “pigs in space” trick timing vehicles between two white lines painted on the road. But the white lines would also be easy to spot. Cant imagine the highway patrol up this way would venture too far off the black top with SS commodores on 45 series tires. I wonder if those green candy cars would blend in to the schrubs and be hard to spot? Although if somebody did get injured and chopperd out they could involve the accident investigation crew and measure the skid marks. They could have us there. No I dont think we will have much of a problem

Thanks for the history Bruce. I am definately going to ask him what it would take to make it mine. I looked heaps on the net last night and I only found one in crap condition and still wanted close to 3 for the thing. And no articles. The stand was on the swing arm which is a bit different but it looked cool. I think if i go asking him for photos of it he would smell a rat. I saw an 04 which looked even better on the net too but dont know about ADR compliance.

Hey Boonyip seeing we are on the topic of new trails. I will be moving into our new house soon and we should kill two birds with one stone and make the house warming a ride in the back yard! We will cover the track about as quick as damus’s hill. There will be boiled bikes and total mayhem! At least this time when you fall ofer a fence or the house will be there to catch you!!!! Menace pep has been to busy at work to annoy us on the rides. But every time I see a puddle i now turn around and look for Pep. It payed off on the last ride because I stopped on corner man duties and I realised there was a puddle beside me so I pushed the bike back. 10 sec later boony cruises past and wheelies through the puddle  Sorry Boonyip you will have to raise your standard pep has taught me well. Plus wr300 and southern 300 exc have helped me wise up to such acts :silly:

The dog on lino took me out or was it the pine jis? At least there were plenty of witnesses so that it was not in vein. Best part of the ride was damus’s wet hill. Although I swear i had a mini heart attack on it. Love riding for new tracks and there is so much more out there. The next time we will have to get to the berry patch because $25 in potato crisps does not line you stomach well for the ale.
