Getting back on topic
I reckon Boony was set up
There is no way such an experienced Kato rider would be in this predicament unless he was sabotaged :pinch:
I feel for you Boony
PM me for the number of a good lawyer

moto wrote:Well the good news I found the way through the track I was after. The bad news is that going in the direction we rode today you have to ride up a 2.5m near sheer vertical rock face.We had to have the other two riders ready to catch the bike if it went wrong
To make matters worse there is only about a 1.5m run-up, otherwise it wouldn’t be as bad. Most definitely not for the faint hearted. Then we rode down Whitemans which is substantially easier than riding up it.
We also found some power line track just off Whitemans Ridge Road which had some very large rock ledges in various sections. I can add this little loop in to the ride to ‘spice it up’ a bit
   I forgot to mention that
Scared the shit out of me  however Sam made it look easy :pinch:

just remember adam, stay nice and close behind me through the singles that way you dont get filled in,,
Won’t make that rookie mistake again
PS cabin is booked :woohoo:
Boony,
I’m in :woohoo: Sam said he’s keen too (at this stage)

Moto,
Whitemans Ridge / Maculata join onto Daniels Point Rd. There is a big bog hole down the bottom (near the private property) then goes up.
I assume this is where you meant
It’s been a few years since I’ve been down Daniels Point Rd. Similar to the Whitemans side. There are singles on the western side of Watagan Forest Rd that take you back towards Whitemans, with some challenging sections too
Adam.
I would also have said yes as I haven’t ridden there yet
However I’m going to be tortured by BellingenEv this weekend
Let us know for the next one though
Adam.
Bob,
Being a US site double check the capacity as a US gallon is 3.8 LITRES.
By the way litre can be spelt both ways
I guess it must be bi
Seems to be a good price
Adam.
Bob,
I’ve seen the way you ride
You should consider a supertanker or a fuel trailer

What’s the capacity of the tank you were looking at ?
Adam.
Ev
I consider my bike to be no longer new  In fact in three weeks I’ll have had it for a year
It has scratches on scratches except where the plastic is new and that was because the scratch went right through the plastic
but I no longer worry about that :pinch:
Food idea is good
See you Friday night
Can’t wait :woohoo:

I’m still in for Saturday :woohoo: Sam’s out gotta work
If you show us the tricky bits when your there I’m sure we can find our way down the beach and play on the dunes after
Looking forward to it :woohoo:
Adam.
Gazza,
I had a 1980 XL250S and it had a 12 volt lighting coil and 6 volts for everything else.
The AC voltage will be high if there is no load too.

You’d be due for a new bike soon anyway with the amount of times your out riding.
Just a hairline crack at the weld for one of the mounting bolts. Easy fix
I just need to look for softer rocks when I lay her down :pinch:
Great ride though :woohoo:
Be even better if I could see where I was going
I remember riding down one rock fest hill thinking I’m glad where not coming up this  Then after some long (the longest single I’ve riden :woohoo: ) and at times challenging sections (LC’s slippery rut) we appeard back at the rock fest hill  and yes, at the bottom
Luckily it looked worse going down than up
Thanks to LC for putting us up Saturday night and leading, with Muzza leading the long single, which I rode by myself  Started thinking I was on the wrong track  and Hatto for sweeping.
Some funny moments too the best being Dualsport filling in Bob stuck on a greasy muddy hill coming out of a creek crossing
Adam.
Happy Birthday Bob
Have a good one and make sure the kids spoil you
Adam.
