OK so I guess I have to do the youtube thingy
Spent ages creating an account then linking to a google account I didn’t even rember I had :S
Wrote previously:
Showed this one to a couple of OB’s at Mick’s ride, and said I would post it.

Hopefully this link thing works :pinch:

Got to go out will try again later

Adam.
Mick,
That was something personal between Murph and myself
It had nothing to do with my bike riding skills  or lack there of
This is the original avatar as posted by Sam (now his avatar)

I don’t believe it :cheer: It’s there yet my old one is still at the top of the page
I’ll log off then on and see what happens
No need to reply  Really

Adam the photo below should be your new avatar……Yes Mick I agree
I don’t remember the outcome of that log crossing  So I’m assuming it was all good
Adam.
Bundyroy,
The avatar photo is of him
He forgot his username so logged on as me and thought it would look good
That photo was at Airbourne ride park near Dubbo.
TB the starter is broken so he clutched it down the driveway, however unbeknownst to him the throttle was stuck on full   he bailed and it headed for the front post which he thought would stop it  it went through the front post and through the post that supports the rear of the little house and continued down to the trampoline
It took out one support for the tramp and came to a stop :SHe’ll be busy for a few days honing his carpentry, fencing and welding skills
Adam proud father of Sam
I think understanding your bike and what it sounds like is very important
Pauly’s bike (a KTM, I see a trend  ) developed a noise on Mick’s Birthday ride and it drove him (and me) mad trying to work out what it was
The point is he knew his bike, and knew when it didn’t sound right. My problem was I was following him for a while and thought the noise was from my bike and was trying to work out where the hell it was coming from
Anyway it was his chain asking for some oil
I would hope I would notice a sprocket flogging the hub to death well before catastrophic failure occured
A good look over when washing and lubricating doesn’t go astray either, missing bolts or shiny areas around bolts need investigating
Adam.
I have a couple more thankyou’s to do.
Moose for sweeping so well Friday and Saturday, and the lead and sweep boys on the first out ride (that I missed), the other guys all said it was great. And to everyone else that was there, the laughs, jokes, general banter, and even fashion tips made for a totally memorable weekend
And a special thankyou to Murph for graciously providing me with his lap to place my head in
A few tips:
Before accending a steep and slippery hill with a log across it half way up, send Pauly to the rear of the pack
If accending said hill and the first tip isn’t followed, after the traffic jam has cleared halfway up, return to the bottom of said hill for a bigger runup so you don’t have to thank strange men for a loan of their lap
Slow down for slippery logs
except if their halfway up said hill
Don’t fall off without someone watching  (there’s no one to help you get back up  )
Thanks again Adam
A big thanks to Mick for showing us some of his back yard
It was awesome :cheer:
What a lucky man you are.
You make it look so easy (but it isn’t) and this morning looked like you could do it all again
Hope we helped you have an enjoyable birthday and may you have many more :cheer:
Adam.
Mick,
I pm’d you the other day that I would be a starter on Friday :cheer:
Merv and Sam being late starters (to the ride as well) and slow readers probably missed your post for that, however they will be starters for Fridays ride as well
Adam.
Pays to read what you write before you send it
Make that Friday morning, however we’ll be getting there tomorrow night as we would have to get up well before the sparrow finished his dues with his missis if we to get there in time for Friday morning
Adam.
Mick,
Sorry to say Sam, Merv and I are still in
Not that you know us yet but you soon will
Just thought i would buck the trend
Hope you don’t pull out (oops that could be taken a few ways)
See you all at a sparrows fart Saturday morning :cheer:
Adam.
