I think he said series 7:unsure: i let my little 2fiddy go for $6500,it was only $500 cheaper than what i had in mind.saves me a lot of mucking around trying to sell it private.

well after about 13 years and an incredible number of kms. Sport has decided he should get a new bike. Not sure what he is doing with the now famous WMW CR.

He has bought a 1 month old 09 KTM250 2T with 300km on it. It also has $8000 worth of new KTM hard parts on it.

Apparently the previous owner ordered the bike with $8000 worth of hard parts. Rode it. Then rode his friends Berg. Then bought a Berg.

Might get a ride in this arvo

I wish i had the money to do that sort of thing.my wife has got the shits because i want to change my bike after 18 months. And yes my balls are in her purse.

Thanks TB, i did do some research after the seller told me there could be an issue. But since i dont race and the only time i will be on the road is when linking from tracks i thought its a risk im willing to take.

Menace i all ready know your reply.Ok guys tomorrow is my d day.Do i buy the WR450 or the EXC450.Im leaning towards the WR only because of price. If i buy the Wr by tomorrow i can get it for 11500 rideaway against 13200 for the Kato. Both bikes are far and above more than i would ever need.I know you only pay for something once but im having a lot of trouble seeing what the extra money for the Kato would do to benefit me.I think im going blue.

    Get a Beemer.

Closed loop injection, manufique suspension light weight.
    $12450 with 2 yr warranty

I recently had a look at the beemer and just wouldnt ever get over the fuel cap in the seat.It just doesnt seem right.:) :)

im not worried what you buy mate…just buy something:laugh:

for 11500, ya cant really say go wrong….
personally, id try to screw the kato dealer first, ya might get lucky?
otherwise, upon defeat, id go to the yammy shop and try getting him to throw in anything the bike hasnt already got on it..(barkys, bashy etc)

whatever happens mate, youll be a happy man tomorrow night.:) :)

are ya gonna trade the 250 in or sell it private??

Ive tried 4 differant Kato dealers and theres 300 differance in top to bottom prices.Ill let them give me a price on trading the 2fiddy and then ill try to sell it privately.Citywest Yamaha have allready told me they would deristrict the bike for me but ill try for a bashplate and barkbusters before i sign(they come with the kato).
