    Kat grab yourself a 2 litre plastic orange juice bottle (or similar) to use as a seal/fork saver.

    You will get heaps of advice and tips on here mate and some of

    them may even be useful :laugh:

    Don’t be scared to ask for advice if you need it and get on as many

    rides as you can as that’s the best way to learn.
