Dont worry about how quick you are mate its all about having fun with good people,as long as you can stay upright you will do fine.Its all about making it to the end of the ride not how quick you get there.

yep i spray em with shift it and blast it off, i even pull the liner out of my helmet and do the same, camelback, jacket any thing that gets dirty and wont go in the washing machine.
