I did’nt dont have time working 60hr weeks, I paid bikes and bits to service- fix indicators – clutch lever – clean carby – which found a blocked main jet ( explained the coughing) got new bark buster mounts for the over size pro taper bars I have and so on … It’s all ready to go again might be able to keep up with a few of em now and get up the hills. I will the putting a MX LOCK AND LOAD in the trailer tomorrow. Should save me strapping it down ( I know I’m lazy)

I will take credit for putting a gytr insert into the exhaust got rid of the standard pea shooter that’s really gay looking it seems to have given me a power increase and a little more noise but not too much

Welcome to OBT. I joined up only recently as well and I can assure you that you are in for a hell of a lot of fun with these characters. Plenty of great rides in and around Tamworth and riders always keen to head out (Nundle last week was awesome). Look forward to catching up with you on a ride some time. Cheers

Great day in the Nundle forrests yesterday with a heap of newbies sacrificing their bikes and bodies to Boonys leadership. Best remodelling of a husky front end on record with plastic embedded in a pine tree as a permanent marker. Every one got home alive although a few with sore limbs after some spectacular get offs including an over the bars and off down the hill side effort by Luke being hard to beat for the best effort.
Sometimes though a non ride effort will stay in your memory for a while and none can beat houses style. He got a flat 10 km from the cars, we fixed it – no pinched the tube, new tube in – pinched it too, so house decides to call it a day, ride back to the cars and drive around to the Berry patch for lunch with us. We arrive and walk in to the building to find House lounging in front of the fire glass of port in hand and a few empties beside him, a very happy man indeed.

Some great duelling evident during the day, always easy to tell someone wants you to go quicker when a wheel appears beside you on every corner. But as Boony found two can play at that game, but its only after you finish being idiots that you think about what happens if the leader goes down at those speeds in such tight stuff.

Hopefully Boony will work out how to post a video from the last super fast single of the day, if your coming to Nundle its in both fridays and saturdays loops (dif directions) and you will see from the video why we like it. Thanks to the normal mob for a great day out and welcome to the new blokes hopefully we didnt do you too much harm and we will see you again.

2000 members, if we all put in $3 each we would have it all covered, in a perfect world its as easy as that.

Some will pay $10, some will pay $100 and some will pay sweet FA cause they don’t see why they should have to pay to ride when they can go out and ride for free.

$3 a year to have a website at our finger tips to hook up for rides in our own area or beyond or even interstate. $3 to get advice on how to fix your bike or advice on what gear is the go. $3 to be able to put shit on 250 riders or get in on the 2T 4T banter

What about $10 each ? thats 2 beers, in the end of the day its TB and Chris that own the site but its the members that run the site, the more we put in the more we get out of it.

A bit of OBT merchandise would be the go i reckon, shirts, hats, beanies, flags, members can wear it with pride and people know that they support Old Bulls
