I pulled the plug cleaned it and kicked it over and it ran for a while then stalled so I put the other plug in it and it ran fine and I took it for a ride and no issues. I’m confused though because we tried both of those plugs plus one of Moto’s and it still didn’t want to go in the bush. Concern is that it had moisture then dried out but it’s hard to say. I’ll get a couple of new plugs to be safe anyway.

I’d really like to get a ride so thanks for the offer I’ll see how I go might get a day in.

Beems could you email me the GPS files also and I’ll bring my garmin for back up/support. Can even run sweep I suppose but I’ve never used it on the run before so we may need to chat prior.

I’ve seen a Jay Leno tv article where he was demonstrating a machine that could replicate billet parts by 3d scanning them and then machining them like this and it was quite fascinating. For those that don’t know Jay Leno is a massive car enthusiast and his application for the technology was to be able to recreate old parts without an engineering spec so that he could do restorations that where closer replicas than if they had to source compatible alternatives.

My mum just had one of her knees replaced and it was a bugger of a thing but she’s a lot better now than before it. She had to go back in and have it manipulated afetr the op because she had very limited range of motion but once they tore all the scar tissue and let it reform it wsa fine.

I edited my post to remove any trace of it because I didn’t want people reading that. Not that it was horrible, but it wasn’t nice and going by mick’s reaction he agreed that it was a mistake so I was happy to let him reverse his mistake. Leaving an obvious trace to what was said would’ve been hypocritical on my part.

I had actually typed up a lengthy response and never posted it because it doesn’t belong in an RIP thread. Hope that doesn’t sound too precious or holier than though but I know if it were me that died up there I wouldn’t want a bunch of strangers arguing over whether it was my fault for riding alone
