I watched with trepidation as you approached a swimming pool size puddle on that wet west wallsend ride and I thought for sure you were going to ride into it so I know first hand why you need it! I also know first hand how deep and cold the puddles were that day and I can see fine! :p

Unfortunately it’s not just the lebanese or middle easterns. Depending on where you live you might find that you have people of any background acting this way to you but I will say that relative to the number of them in Australia there’s a high proportion of thugs which I believe is backed up by their representation in the prison system.

FWIW I’ve always lived in NSW and was brought up in Chipping Norton, went to school in bankstown and played rugby league in the Canterbury division and then later Canterbury/leichadt/St George divisions combined. I then moved to Camden in my late teens. Although less common then what I experienced in Bankstown and cabramatta and on the footy field, I saw more than enough despicable behaviour from Australians around camden and campbelltown and surrounds. In fact the biggest fight I’ve ever been involved in was against Riverwood footy team in the under 19s when they had a mixed nationality team including plenty of aussies and they had crowd members jump the fence to join in.

Given that’s the case, I don’t really support voicing a negative view focussed on any particular group, especially on an internet site where you might have nfi who you’re talking to.

BTW – I’m Australian. My view on the problem is that our authories don’t have the ability to instill fear or respect for many reasons. Partly because they’re powereless due to do-gooders but also because its been proven time and again that the power will corrupt them.

I wonder if there are any local dealers down there that might be interested? If you were super keen you could make a fibreglass mould of sorts based on their design and send it to them. I reckon they’d probably make it worth your trouble since they seem like good guys.

My RHS radiator was a bit warped when I got around to buying force guards so fitment was a pita but it sure felt better knowing they would prevent further damage.

Wikd have you spoken with the guys at force? I think they’re on DBW but not sure I can recall their names. Give them a call if you haven’t they might be able to help you out.

Mate I’d rather a wasted a phone call than a wasted bike. The tow pack on the triton is good for 2.5t plus I think so I don’t think the tongue weight would be a problem but the way I drive on the way to rides might be

I haven’t really received a lot of interest regardless so I’ll just hold off until I can justify an easy trailer. Loading my ute is doable (usually) its just an inconvenient way to keep doing it. Perhaps I should just get off my arse and sell my pod braces and that’ll just about pay for an easy trailer!

Black chrome does look nice. I imagine it’d be heavy for the sake of bling tho if it’s for your bike, have you considered painting instead? Or is it ‘stuff’ for your rice cooker?
